Preventative Maintenance Schedules: In collaboration with the OEM our personnel created custom services schedules and recommendations based on age of equipment and most recent maintenance activity
Remote Monitoring: Utilizing digital tools CCT is able to predict maintenance needs implementing a monitoring, reporting and actionable tool.
Spare Parts Programs: Utilizing the OEMs equipment parts lists CCS has a programmatic approach to spare parts encouraging you, the customer, to stock your shelves and prepare for maintenance needs based on the OEMs replacement schedules and recommended spare parts package. Our purchasing team is able to source nearly any spart part. For equipment that is no longer available or discontinued we will custom engineer and fabricate a replacement furthering our dedication to uptime.
